• Gerd will provide the summary of the existing B2B Optic formats by the next meeting.
• In general: lists of each person's own use cases/requirements have not yet been created – to be completed by the next meeting.

Currently existing formats:

• Lens Order (LC7, SF6) – standard order
• Lens Info – feedback on the order (success/error, minimal data)
• Job Data – exchange of order data between programs
• Lens Request – role partly unclear; contains status queries, partly used for calculations
• Webservice (SOAP) – outdated specification, last version 2017

Discussion/findings:

• Documentation partly outdated; a clear stocktaking is required.
• Unclear who uses which format in which version; proposal: forum survey and/or circular email.
• Check whether formats should be merged, renamed, or harmonised in content.

• Requirement (raised by Nicole): extended, returned order data including progress indication (status: received, in production, shipped, error, etc.).
• Open: implementation via Lens Info, Lens Request, or a dedicated/extended schema; content structure to be clarified.

• Question: may/will „Originator“ occur multiple times in the schema? Validation rules to be defined if needed.
• Further approach: technical discussion and documentation in the forum.

• Goal: documentation (wiki), format content, specification maintenance, work on LC7/editor.
• Preferred time window: 8–10 June 2026 (Mon–Wed); Diana is checking „Mausmühle“ availability.
• Attendance: core team (incl. Katrin, Nicole, Gerd, Sylvia, Diana, Malte) + possibly further IT colleagues; room requirements still to be confirmed.

• Requirements currently vague; main challenge: linking the frame catalogue to lens/product data (SF6/SC7).
• Uwe: initial experience available; to sketch out requirements/use cases by the next meeting.

• Katrin creates the summary; sent to all participants.
• Objections within one week

• New filtering options by lens properties and delivery dates; initial tests positive.
