Minutes basis: Teams transcription

• The transcription will be used as the basis for the minutes going forward.
• Procedure confirmed: if no objection is raised within one week, the minutes are considered approved.
• Monthly meetings and minutes are now documented centrally in the wiki.

• New wiki version 16.5 was created (previously 16.4).
  • Pages were copied and extended.
• New order option „Gender“
  • Added in SF6, LC7, wiki and Git.
  • No objections from participants.
• Discussion on the version number in Git:
  • Proposal: increase to version 7.2.3
  • No objections → implementation announced.

• The order option exists in SF6 and LC7, but is not orderable in the B2B Optic Order.
• Origin and meaning unclear, presumably very old (≥ 6 years).
• Decision:
  • Keep it for now, but:
  • Check whether phasing it out makes sense, since it is not usable.
  • Historical classification (presumably an old requirement, possibly from Hans).

• Automatic translation of wiki pages (DE → EN) activated.
• Translation only happens when the English page is opened/edited.
• Note: technical terms may need to be manually checked and corrected.

• Proposal from the forum: an explicit „Addition vs. Degression“ attribute.
• Result of the discussion:
  • The current approach (value in the Addition field) is standard practice in the industry.
  • Degression is determined implicitly by the lens design.
  • A separate attribute would tend to create confusion.
• Decision:
  • No change to B2B Optic.
  • The reasoned rejection should be documented in the forum.
  • Nicole will take care of the reply in the forum.

• Start/end dates are not evaluated by many software vendors.
• Lenses appear too early in the PMS.
• Known, recurring problem – no short-term fix.

• Problem particularly with Adaptive Sun lenses:
  • Too many colours are displayed (e.g. in IPRO, Prisma).
• Other systems (e.g. Umami) evaluate combinations correctly.
• Findings & measures:
  • The cause lies more with the PMS implementation than with SF6 itself.
  • The topic is being tracked (support feedback).
  • If several customers are affected → renewed escalation.
  • The advantage of LC7 over SF6 is confirmed again.
